Volunteering through photography at the 3 Shires Festival

Over the last month, I've really enjoyed volunteering as the photographer for the 3 Shires Festival held in St Hilda's Church in Smethwick . It has been a fantastic opportunity to capture a diverse programme of performances, from classical and orchestral concerts to jazz, folk, and pop, celebrating both local talent and the community.

Volunteering my photography is about more than documenting events. The images created during the festival will help promote next year's programme, showcase the festival's success, and provide valuable content for marketing, social media, and funding applications. High-quality photography helps tell the story of the festival and demonstrates its impact to future audiences and potential supporters.

It's been a privilege to support such a well-organised community event and contribute in a small way to its continued success. I'm already looking forward to next year's festival!
